Pyari Onlus and its partner Pyari India will collaborate on the development of the project which will be launched towards the end of 2007 in which tasks will be divided in the following manner.
The Italian organization will:
Sensitize individuals and Italian businesses in order to raise funds for Pyari India whose main office is in Kolkata, based on initial budgets and periodical budget revisions;
In conjunction with Pyari India, search and select appropriate land to be used for the construction of the home;
Analyze quotes for the construction of the home and supervise the establishment of the home;
Monitor project progress and participate in the design of new initiatives;
Maintain regular contact with sponsors and members informing them of the status of the project.
The Indian organization will:
Select, in conjunction with Pyari Onlus the site for the purchase of land and construction of the home;
Monitor closely the construction of the home;
Establish and maintain contacts with local authorities and governmental structures;
Identify and accept girl "guests" of the home;
Recruit local staff employed in the home;
Manage the home both in terms of technical organization as well as in terms of the type of assistance provided;
Provide Pyari Onlus monthly progress reports on the status of the project and well being of the guests.
